Belgian freediving athlete and photographer. Drawn to nature from an early age, I chose photography as a way to protect what I love most.
In 2021, I spent five months documenting the resident cetacean population of the Teno-Rasca Special Conservation Area, on the south-western coast of Tenerife. This work contributed to long-term monitoring efforts through photo-identification.
My images have since been exhibited internationally, notably at the Berlin Natural History Museum during the 2022 Youmares convention, with the support of the German Ocean Foundation.
In 2024, I joined the French non-profit Longitude 181, founded by oceanographers François and Véronique Sarano, first as an active member of the communication team and now as Executive Assistant, where I also coordinate initiatives connecting the freediving community with marine conservation.
Alongside photography, I recently expanded my work into storytelling by contributing feature articles to the French diving magazine Plongez!, exploring the intersection between freediving and marine conservation.

Over the years, freediving has profoundly shaped the way I photograph — teaching me how to slow down, wait, observe and compose with intention. Whether working at the surface or underwater, my approach remains the same: quiet, respectful and attentive to the living world.
Through impactful black and white landscapes, marine life observations, or freedivers in motion, my work seeks to create a sensitive bridge between science, art, sport and the public.
I am available for commissioned assignments, editorial projects and collaborations with scientific and sports institutions, as well as conservation-driven organizations.
I also offer a selection of fine art prints, conceived as timeless pieces dedicated to Nature.
